By accessing or using Postiz ("the Service"), operated by Servextex ("we", "us", or "our"), available at https://pos.servextex.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.

2. Description of the Service

Postiz is a multi-platform social media management, scheduling, and analytics platform. It allows content creators, businesses, and digital agencies to connect their social media profiles (including TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, X, Facebook, and others) to schedule, draft, and publish video, image, and text content via official platform APIs.

3. Social Media Platform Policies & TikTok Compliance

When using Postiz to manage connected third-party social media accounts, you agree to comply fully with the respective terms of service and community guidelines of each connected platform, including but not limited to:

• TikTok Developer Terms of Service and TikTok Commercial Terms of Service (developers.tiktok.com)
• TikTok Community Guidelines (tiktok.com/community-guidelines)
• TikTok Branded Content Policy and Music Usage Confirmation

You explicitly acknowledge that you must manually select the appropriate privacy level for each TikTok post (Public, Mutual Friends, Followers, or Self Only) and accurately disclose any commercial, sponsored, or branded content prior to publication.

4. User Accounts and Security

To use Postiz, you must register for an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to immediately notify Servextex of any unauthorized use or security breach.

5. User Content and Intellectual Property

You retain all ownership rights in and to the content (videos, images, text) that you upload, schedule, or publish through Postiz. By uploading content, you grant Servextex a limited, non-exclusive license solely to transmit and process your content to your connected social media channels as directed by you.

6. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Publish or distribute any content that infringes intellectual property, promotes violence, illegal acts, or violates third-party community standards;
• Engage in automated spamming, bulk unauthorized messaging, or abusive API behavior;
• Attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, or compromise the integrity of the Service or connected APIs.

7. Termination and Account Revocation

You may disconnect any social media account or terminate your Postiz account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or platform developer policies.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. Servextex shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from platform API outages, social media rate limits, or content distribution delays.
